Sparky needed to Remove Electrics from an Old Greenhouse

We have removed an old greenhouse, i am not an electrician, looking for someone to come and do a check to see if it is live or not and remove. conductor box is visible in picture and the pipe runs around the brickwork and up and over , job is in Da15 , Sidcup Kent
