Book a builder app feedback

Needs an option to say quoted but customer went with someone else - Needs postcode or full address of customer once lead is won - Need a way to archive old quotes and jobs as only want to see active leads and jobs

Just remembered - in one chat I tried to leave my mobile number and the number was blanked out automatically after hitting send so unless the app or website give out my number how does the customer ring me to discuss the job in detail or to agree a day to visit and quote properly??
