What to know about sending quotes
From my experience in the last few months when customers ask me for quotes and I get to send it to them they all of a sudden go quiet. I try to follow up and engage them in a conversion to know their budget or financial constraints in order to see how we can both work together, often times than not they are not even willing to have a conversation better still they will say they have given the job to someone else. I just want to know what I need to do right which I might not be doing yet. Anyone willing to share their own experience as well?

Morning mate, don’t take it personal this happens a lot, you’re not alone and despite all the best communication some people just won’t engage. I find it really irritating tbh. Just keep doing what your doing, I send a quote, send a courtesy follow up message to
ensure they received it then one more courtesy follow up saying this is a final follow up to see if you wish me to remain in contact or delete the file. Hope it helps, all the best. Ricky
